Narrow bed Fanuc Robodrill (2005) with a Kuka Robot Cell (added new end of 2021), Conveyor and Vibratory Tumbler (tumbler bought end of 2020)
This cell is perfect for small aluminum parts.
Load a tray with parts, and the robot can load/unload the parts in the CNC.
The parts are then loaded on a conveyor and once full it will turn on a vibratory tumbler and unload them into the tumbler.
2 Schunk pneumatic vises are in the Robodrill.
Will include some tooling. (BT30)
Chip conveyor / coolant tank included.
